Hands-Only CPR

This class is not for certification, but is intended to involve the public in administering chest compressions only to a victim of sudden cardiac arrest.  Hands only CPR has been shown to increase survival rates significantly if provided soon after cardiac arrest, while an AED is being retrieved.

Usual Class Time: 15 – 20 minutes

Please contact us to schedule a hands-only CPR session for practice on a manikin.  In the meantime, the video below demonstrates how to perform hands-only CPR.

All of our classes meet the 2015 International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation Guidelines for Emergency Cardiac Care.
