We appreciate that different people learn in very different ways.

Our programs are designed to stimulate visual, auditory and hands-on learners. We include course texts, videos, hands-on activities, Power Point presentations and interactive group discussions to reinforce key concepts and skills.

American Heart Association courses are performed in strict accordance with the AHA’s Program Administration Manual, and are intensely video driven.  Programs bearing National Safety Council or Emergency Care and Safety Institute certification are more student-centered and interactive, incorporating music and instructor-facilitated activities.

It is our desire and commitment to work with every student until he/she feels comfortable and confident with the skills we teach.  We are not a certification factory.  If you are simply looking to purchase a certification card, without demonstrating your mastery of these most-important life-saving skills, please do not contact us.
