The cost for this class is $50 and is in addition to any fees paid to the American Heart Association. This fee includes your final certification card.
Pre-payment is required to confirm your reservation. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you need to change your reservation, you may transfer this fee to another class. However, you must call or text us at (631)-849-4978 to change your reservation at least 2 hours in advance.
- Your are enrolled in a Skills Only Class. This is Part II of the Blended Learning Program. You must complete Part I PRIOR to this meeting. Please email or text the certificate of completion from Part I to erik@havedummy.com or 631-849-4978.
- If you have not already accessed Part I of the BLS provider class, you may do so here.
- If you need to change your appointment, please call or text 631-849-4978 as soon as possible. We are happy to make other arrangements with some flexibility.
- Classes are held at 2100 Middle Country Road, Centereach, NY. Please use the WEST entrance (SW Corner of building, closest to Chase bank). Upstairs, last door on the right, Suite 203G.
