PALS (Online Blended Learning)

For healthcare providers who initiate and carry out care for critically ill children, this course uses a scenario-based, team approach to teach pediatric emergency management of patients approaching or already in respiratory or cardiac arrest.  The course also reviews CPR for children and infants and pediatric intubation skills.
You will also learn how to treat pediatric patients beyond the first few minutes of emergency care and stabilizing and transporting patients in and out of the hospital.  This seven-hour-long class can be completed in the comfort of your own home, on your lunch break or anytime you have a computer or smartphone with an internet connection.
Once completed, you will print or email a copy of the electronic completion certificate and schedule an appointment with one of our PALS instructors for the skills practice and testing portion.  The course will culminate in you successfully managing an emergency scenario.  Successful completion of the course results in American Heart Association certification.
Once you pay the full amount below we will email you a one time key code and instructions on how to activate your online learning experience.  Please remember that you will need to contact our office to schedule the skills session that is necessary to earn your certification card.
