Adult CPR: This course will show you how to help an adult who is choking, not breathing, is having a heart attack, or whose heart and breathing has stopped. The course also features a special section on seizures, stroke, and asthma. (Training with pocket masks also available) Recommended for everyone.

Basic First Aid: This course will teach you how to care for cuts, scrapes or bruises, severe bleeding, burns, shock and injuries to bones, muscles and joints. Poisonings, heat and cold emergencies and sudden illnesses such as diabetic emergencies, allergic reactions, and the use of the eppy pen.

Pediatric First Aid & CPR: This course will show you how to help a child or infant who is choking, not breathing or whose heart and breathing has stopped. This course also features a special comprehensive section on preventing childhood injuries and treatment for common childhood illnesses. Recommended for all nursery school staff, parents, grandparents, babysitters, and the professional child care providers.
